Johnny Sexton is widely regarded as Ireland's greatest fly-half of all time, holding the record for most international caps at the position and leading Ireland to a Grand Slam in 2009. Other legendary contenders include Ronan O'Gara, who was instrumental in Ireland's success during the 2000s and 2010s, and Jackie Kyle, a pioneer of the position in the 1940s-50s who was legendary for his skill and game intelligence.
